This Privacy Policy explains how CCSE GO handles information when you use the app.
CCSE GO is an iPhone app for CCSE exam preparation operated by Oscar Duran Grillo. Contact: support@oduran.me.

What information the app uses
CCSE GO may process the following information on your device:
- study progress
- answers and results from practice sessions or mock exams
- mistake review and related study signals
- study preferences and plan settings
- reminder preferences
- basic app settings and language selection
This information is used to:
- show your progress
- generate adaptive recommendations and review flows
- rebuild your study plan
- remind you to study if you enable notifications
- preserve your preferences between sessions
Where information is stored
In the current version of the app, study and usage information is stored locally on your device using system technologies such as SwiftData and UserDefaults.
Except where Apple processes data needed for in-app purchases or other Apple system features, CCSE GO is not currently designed to send your study data to developer-operated servers.
In-app purchases
CCSE GO may offer in-app purchases, including:
- a weekly auto-renewable subscription
- a lifetime or permanent access purchase, if offered in the published app
Purchases and billing are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. The developer does not directly receive or store your full payment card details or other complete payment credentials.
Apple may process payment and transaction data under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Notifications permission
CCSE GO may request permission to send local study reminder notifications.
If you grant this permission, the app may schedule reminders on your device based on your reminder preferences and your study activity.
You can disable notifications at any time through:
- the app’s settings, when available
- iOS Settings > Notifications
Motion permission
CCSE GO may request access to device motion for interface effects and animations, such as parallax or motion-based onboarding visuals.
This access is used to improve the visual experience of the app. It is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or commercial profiling.
You can disable this permission through system settings where supported by your iOS version and device.
Sharing content
The app may allow you to share result text using the iOS share sheet.
That content is shared only when you choose to start the share action. CCSE GO does not post or send that content to social networks, contacts, or third-party services on its own.
What the app does not currently do
Based on the current implementation of CCSE GO:
- it does not require user registration
- it does not provide a custom sign-in system
- it does not use third-party analytics SDKs identified in the current repository
- it does not use third-party advertising SDKs identified in the current repository
- it does not use App Tracking Transparency to track you
- it does not track you across apps or third-party websites
- it does not sell your personal data
Legal basis
Where required by applicable law, CCSE GO processes information:
- to provide the app features you request
- based on your consent when you enable optional permissions such as notifications or motion access
- to respond if you contact support directly
Data retention
Local study data remains on your device while you keep the app installed, unless you remove it from within the app or through the operating system where applicable.
If you delete the app from your device, iOS may also remove the locally stored app data, depending on system behavior.
Your choices and controls
You can:
- disable notifications in iOS Settings
- stop using optional permissions
- remove the app from your device
- contact support with privacy questions
If CCSE GO later introduces accounts, cloud sync, or backend services, this policy will need to be updated before those features are released.
Children
CCSE GO is a general study tool for users preparing for the CCSE exam. It is not specifically directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party and Apple services
The app may open or rely on Apple system features such as:
- in-app purchases
- subscription management
- the iOS share sheet
- system settings
Use of those services may be subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies or other applicable third-party terms.
Security
CCSE GO relies mainly on local device storage and Apple system services to reduce data exposure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
